REVERSIBLE INTERLOCKING PANELS

GrillGrates fit across the surface of your grill or replace your old, rusted-out grates. Improve your grilling experience with even heat, juicier food, no flare-ups, and perfect sear marks!

THE GRILLGRATE DIFFERENCE

NO
FLARE UPS

GrillGrates prevent flames from burning, charring, and drying out food.

EVEN
HEAT

Hard anodized aluminium heats food evenly. No more hot spots or cold spots.

JUICER
FOOD

Moisture vapourizes on the GrillGrate, surrounding food in flavourful steam.

MORE
FLAVOUR

Drippings sizzle in the valleys and back onto the food as more flavour.

PERFECT
SEAR MARKS

Heat is concentrated up the raised rails leaving beautiful sear marks.

REVERSIBLE
PANELS

Use GrillGrate rails up for traditional grilling or flip them over for a flat top surface.

PATENTED RAISED RAIL DESIGN

Traditional grill surfaces just hold the food over the heat letting flames through and drippings fall away. GrillGrates do more - they improve the cooking process.

HARD ANODIZED ALUMINUM CONDUCTS HEAT MORE EFFICIENTLY

A material's ability to absorb and transfer heat defines its thermal conductivity. A highly conductive material allows heat to travel through it more rapidly.

GrillGrates are made of hard anodized aluminum, which conducts heat more efficiently than cast iron or stainless steel. It also distributes heat more evenly, solving the common problem of hot and cold spots.

And, as an added benefit, Grillgrates will NEVER rust, unlike steel or iron.

The underside of GrillGrates blocks flare-ups from engulfing food preventing charring and drying out.

Gas grills are notorious for uneven heating. GrillGrates even out the heat of any grill and focus it up the raised rails to transfer efficiently to the food.

Measuring Rectangular Grills

Measure across the surface of your existing grills for WIDTH and LENGTH.

GrillGrate standard panels are 5.25 inches wide. Gap panels are 2.33 inches wide. Both are available in various lengths. Choose the length of panel that is closest to, but not over, the measured LENGTH. Choose a combination of standard and gap panels to cover as much of your measured WIDTH as you prefer. The combined width of the panels must be less than the measured WIDTH. Your GrillGrates will sit on top of your existing grates.

Get your panels by clicking on SHOP BY PANELS below. And remember: You can always contact us to confirm your panel selection before you order.
