Returns, Exchange, Warranty Policies

Our Return Policy

To return a product purchased online at georgianbayleisure.com, we require:

  • Notification within 7 days of receiving your shipment at ecom@georgianbayleisure.com. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Full name, order number, proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, etc).
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Customized, clearance, and final sale items cannot be returned.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email if the refund is approved.

We will process approved refunds minus the original shipping costs. A credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

For products purchased from an authorized Georgian Bay Leisure dealer, their return policy applies. Please contact them directly for more information.

Items purchased outside of our website or through our authorized dealer network are not covered by this policy.


Our Exchange Policy

To exchange a product, please follow the above process to return the product and place a new order separately.


Our Warranty Policy

If you have an issue within the warranty period of the item (most of our products are warranted for 90 days against manufacturer's defects), contact us at warranty@georgianbayleisure.com. Please describe and send images of your issue. If we determine your warranty claim is valid, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion.

If we deem it necessary, you may need to ship the item to us. You are responsible for the cost of doing so. Do not ship any items without our authorization. Unauthorized shipments will be refused. We will reimburse basic ground freight charges upon validation of your warranty claim.
